If this is currently still a factor, then this nullifies the entire point of the app. The only way they figured out it wasn’t fixed was when they went into the website. They weren’t paid for weeks at a time despite having sent multiple service ticket emails and being told that the error was fixed. I haven’t seen it myself yet, but I’ve been informed by other users that the App doesn’t notify you of errors in your invoice creation, whereas the website will. In the same vein, you should be able to delete previous line items, particularly if they’ve been created with errors. As it stands, you can only 1) search for a previously submitted line item and 2) create a new line item, both of which defeat the purpose of an edit. When one clicks “Edit” line item, you should actually be able to edit it. This will enable the vendor to ensure that the invoice was sent to the correct email address and provide proof to the client.
